Currently, here's what's going on:
Apparently the layout was placed over the Proboards' default ads. Personally, I can't see ads, so I can't say one way or another if this was correct (though if memory serves the ad was over on the side with the default footer text? I really don't know). It's reasonable, either way, someone correct me.
I attempted to fix this upon being notified on Friday afternoon, and given 48 hours to do so until board deletion. As you can see, I had a minor freakout and completely erased everything. I still don't see any ads, and neither can any of the friends I asked to check for me. I really don't know what's wrong, at all.
I've sent an e-mail to support, but I realize they're rather busy, so I wanted to warn you all there's a chance the board could get deleted before the situation is resolved.
I'm not entirely sure what I'll do in that case, but you may wish to backup your boards and tables and whatnot, even just for use elsewhere. I have all your emails on file, so I'll be contacting you that way should anything happen.

I saw it where the ad was, but a lot of the time when I came on the site, the ad would eclipse the top banner along with the whole

thing which is also now present in the top right corner of my screen. This menu thing is also over the ad that I see at the top of the page so I dunno if that's a problem or not?

Could you screenshot that for me sometime when you get a chance? I'm really not the best for making everything work in all browsers on all screens, but seeing what I'm working around would help tons.
If anyone else catches things being weird or overlapping, I ask that you let me know/get me a screenshot as well. Sorry for any derps. :x |

Yeah, of course. It's different than it was for me the other day because there is a second ad really wierdly placed. i55.tinypic.com/2m7f8dg.pngThat's what it looks like in Safari on my mac anyway, I'm not sure how it looks in any other browser or on another computer. |

Actually that's really nice, since I don't have Safari or a Mac available to look at.
I think I managed to get both the footer text and that weird ad (which is a consequence of the cbox, I think, and thus likes to put itself wherever it can) down at the bottom where it makes more sense. |

Yeah, it looks better to me as well. The ad is down below the cbox and there is one above the main image, though nothing eclipsing the main image/table as it was doing before.
